Toyota New Corolla

The Corolla is one of the best cars you can buy in the executive sedan segment; however, the model is getting a tad too old now. Even the Altis did not seem like a major evolution over the model that debuted in India. The new Corolla though could change that. Previewed recently through the Furia Concept at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show, the new Corolla promises to be an aggressively designed sedan. The silhouette does mimic that of the upcoming Honda Civic, but the details on the concept look stunning.
Though shown in concept form, Toyota confirms that the production model isn’t too far away. The global debut in scheduled to happen by mid-2013 and we expect the model to come to the Indian market by early 2014. If the trend is to be believed, then the all-new Corolla could be launched in India at the 2014 Auto Expo.
